About Eddy
Raised in a Buddhist household, Eddy understood the power of the mind, body, and spirit connection from a young age.
Eddy practices intermittent fasting 4 to 5 times a week, following either a 16:8 or 20:4 ratio, eating one or two meals a day. He primarily follows a carnivorous diet, which consists mainly of beef, pork, chicken, fish, eggs, and yogurt. Occasionally, he includes berries and other fruits. He usually eats between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Wake up at 6 a.m.

- Cold shower
- Early morning sunlight exposure
- Enjoying the ritual of having coffee
Throughout the day
- Movement, whether practicing yoga or doing bodyweight exercises with pull-up bars
- Taking time to ground by walking barefoot on grass
- Whenever possible, enjoying cold water therapy in an ice bath followed by a sauna
Evening routine
- Breathwork/Pranayama to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system
- Mentally cutting energetic cords from the day and counting things to be grateful for from that day
